The most likely reason for this is that you need to manually update your headset firmware to support the Pico library used in these games. Pico stopped shipping updated firmware for these headsets as they were stable as-is, however you can manually update your headset to a newer firmware in order to support newer Pico libraries.
Before proceeding, please email us (or message us on Discord, WhatsApp or Facebook) to receive a link to the firmware files. Pico has kindly requested that we don't publish these files as they want to distribute them on a case-by-case basis, but have said that we can distribute them privately to our operator network on request.
Once you have these files, plug your headset into your PC and browse the headset files from Windows Explorer and create a folder called "dload" (that's DLOAD in lower-case) in the root of your headset's storage, alongside folders called "Android" and "Spawnpoint". Copy the ZIP file(s) without extracting them into the new "dload" folder. You can now unplug your headset.
Now, in the headset navigate to Settings > General > System Version, then click the cog in the top right corner of the window and select Update Offline to proceed with the update.
Once complete, your games should launch. Currently the following games require newer Pico firmware:
- The Smurfs: Blueberry Battle
