Setting up Automatic Bridge Mode Management
If you have setup PCVR support in Spawnpoint, you can use the pairing of headset and PC to automatically manage the Bridge Mode connection in StrikerLink. Bridge Mode allows you to keep your blaster paired to your headset, while using it for PCVR-based content as well as on-device content seamlessly.
Simply enable the "Auto Configure Bridge Mode" setting and Spawnpoint will take care of the rest. You will also need to install StrikerLink on each of your PCs and enable Bridge Mode there too:
- Download the StrikerLink Desktop Application and run through the install process on each of your PCs (you do not need to do this on your game server, only your streaming PCs)
- The installer will automatically open the Mavrik Manager UI once complete, but if you need to access it again you can find it by right clicking the StrikerLink icon in your system tray (in the bottom right of your screen. next to the clock) and selecting "Open Manager"
- Go to the Settings page in Mavrik Manager and set the following settings:
- Bridge Mode: On
- Bridge Type: Apps
- Runtime Bridge Type: Server
- Click Apply at the top of the page
If you have already enabled Automatic Bridge Mode Management in Spawnpoint, and you have paired your PC and Headset together, then you should see "Bridge Clients Connected: 1" in the top right of the Mavrik Manager UI, indicating that your headset has connected to your PC.
Otherwise, for each of your headsets go to the Device Settings window in Spawnpoint > Peripherals (Joystick) Tab > StrikerVR and enabled Automatic Bridge Mode Management. This will automatically setup your headsets to connect to the PCs you have paired them with in Spawnpoint.
Done! You can now play compatible PCVR titles using the Mavrik-Pro.
