On the Same PC as your Spawnpoint Controller
If you selected "Setup this PC as a Game Server" during setup, your PC should show up automatically during your initial arena setup.
If it didn't, check to see if the Spawnpoint Agent is running in your system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
If it is, try right-clicking it and selecting Shutdown Agent, then launch it again from your Start Menu by searching for "Spawnpoint" and selecting "Launch Spawnpoint Agent"
If it isn't running, launch it from your start menu per above and it should appear in Spawnpoint to be added to your arena.
On a Different PC to your Spawnpoint Controller
If you are trying to setup a different PC as a game server - perhaps for a second arena - and it's not showing up on your Spawnpoint Controller, you should check a few things first:
- Did you enter the pairing code correctly from your Spawnpoint Controller?
- Is it on the same network as your Spawnpoint Controller? If not, you may still be able to connect it manually using the Pair Using IP Address option, however if your networks are completely separate and cannot talk to each other you may need to use a separate Spawnpoint Controller for each arena.
If you still cannot get your Spawnpoint Agent to communicate with your Controller, please contact support@spawnpoint.io for assistance.
